When I was young my dream was to become a Tiger. Once I learned a little Biology and the cycle of life I turned my attention to art. After high school I graduated from Selkirk College‚Äôs two year Digital Arts and New Media diploma program. I’ve worked as the lead graphic designer for Mobilesce, a Calgary based company specializing in producing mobile apps. I’ve been with them since June 2010 and in that time have designed most of the UI for the applications and created dozens of character illustrations and animations. My work has been showcased in the Touchstones Museum in Nelson BC, and published in various newspapers including the Weekender Newspaper and the Nelson Daily News. I enjoy working with mixed media, though I usually work in the Adobe design suite which includes the illustration and animation programs Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.
